The Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) instrument

The Illumina NextSeq 500 desktop NGS system provides the flexible power and simplicity one needs to analyze whole genomes, exomes, and transcriptomes in less than 24 hours.
The instrument is located in the Division of Molecular Medicine, Translational Medicine Group, B1, room 24. For more details about the instrument, possible applications and its availability, please contact Oliver Vugrek ( ovugrek@irb.hr).
The opening of the NGS facility will be held on 26th March 2015 in in the 3rd Wing Hall at the RBI, Bijenička 54.
